Leslie Arthur dela Cruz was born in Manila and grew up in Makati city. He graduated from San Beda University (formerly known as San Beda College) in Mendiola, Manila with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During his freshman year, he joined Alpha Phi Omega, Beta Sigma chapter. In his senior year, he was elected as Prime Chancellor. Leslie currently works as a Human Resources Non-Commissioned Officer (HR NCO) at the Washington Army National Guard (WA ARNG), and aims to become a commissioned officer within the Adjutant General, Cyber, or Intelligence branch.

Leslie became a member of the Greater Washington Alpha Phi Omega (GWAPO) in 2007, and served as President in 2015 and in 2016. With his passion and dedication to Alpha Phi Omega, he always commits himself to the different activities in GWAPO. Currently, he serves as the Chair of the Public Relations Committee for the APO ACNA 16th Biennial Convention.

Outside of work, Leslie loves to travel with his lovely wife Marie and baby Mateo.
